Roberto Rinaldini

A champion of quality and excellence in Italian artisanal pastry, he has managed to create an absolutely original, modern, and elegant style in just a few years. His style is distinguished by frequent "incursions" into the fascinating world of fashion. Each of his desserts is conceived as a unique work of art, a tailor-made masterpiece rooted in a relentless pursuit of quality in all aspects: from the selection of raw materials to processing techniques, and even the choice of packaging and sales environments. After culinary school and experience in the best kitchens of hotels on the Romagna Riviera, he fell in love with pastry and dedicated himself to the art of confectionery. Pastry Chef, Maestro Ampi (the prestigious Academy of Italian Master Pastry Chefs), founder of Rinaldini Pastry and “CASA RINALDINI,” a 3500 square meter production facility where all his creations are born, respecting tradition and craftsmanship. In 2014, he was elected PASTRY CHEF OF THE YEAR during the XX AMPI Symposium and became a member of RELAIS DESSERT, the prestigious French association that brings together the world elite of haute patisserie and chocolaterie. In February 2016, he won the Mondial des Arts Sucrés in Paris, leading the Italian team. He was also a judge on the RAI2 pastry talent show: "IL PIU GRANDE PASTICCERE". Additionally, he is the creator, organizer, and consultant for the SIGEP in Rimini.
