Ciccio Sultano

Ciccio Sultano was born in Turin in 1970. After various experiences in Italy and abroad, at just 30 years old, he decided to return to Sicily, and together with his partner, they opened the restaurant Duomo in Ragusa, which today boasts two Michelin stars. Their mission is to rediscover the very essence of the region through food. Tradition and hospitality are two fundamental pillars, along with the creativity he puts into his dishes. His dream? An eco-friendly farm, unless the third star comes first!
