Manuel Costardi
A success story written by four hands, that of the Costardi Bros, the Piedmontese chef brothers, with Manuel Costardi being the younger, more reflective, and calm part, creating a perfect synergy with the volcanic creativity and audacity of his brother Christian. Manuel Costardi, born in 1987, is the younger of the two chefs. In the early stages, he specialized and dedicated himself almost exclusively to desserts, always with the goal of highlighting the qualities and characteristics of one of the made-in-Italy products for which the brothers are famous: rice. As a testament to their attention and love for this ingredient, they chose to select a variety of Carnaroli rice that now bears their name.
