Michelangelo Mammoliti
Michelangelo Mammoliti, a young chef from Piedmont born in 1985, originally from Giaveno (Turin), was associated with the cuisine at La Madernassa resort (2 Michelin stars, in Guarene) until 2021, located not far from his hometown. Here, he brought all his experience, especially his French training, attention to technique combined with the genuineness of flavors, and the ability to evoke dormant tastes, memories, as well as balance and beauty in a dish. In 2022, he decided to embark on a new professional and culinary adventure in the Langhe, with a path focused on nature and the enhancement of local flavors from the kitchens of the Boscareto Resort & Spa.
