How to prepare Greek yogurt popsicles
To prepare the Greek yogurt popsicles, first add the honey to the Greek yogurt 1 and mix well 2. Pour half of the mixture into 12 popsicle molds with a capacity of 25 ml (about 0.85 fl oz), filling them to the brim 3. Set aside.
Cut the strawberries into pieces 4 and halve the blueberries 5. Combine the berries with the remaining yogurt 6.
Stir to incorporate them evenly 7, then fill another 12 molds with the mixture obtained 8. Insert the wooden popsicle sticks 9.
Level the surface 10 and let set in the freezer for at least 6 hours. After this time, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and pour it into a tall, narrow glass. Dip one popsicle at a time into the melted chocolate 11 so it is completely coated 12, removing any excess.
Place the popsicles as you go on a tray lined with parchment paper 13, then decorate as desired with the chopped hazelnuts 14 and desiccated coconut 15. Put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, after which your Greek yogurt popsicles are ready to enjoy!
