Raised in a family of Palermo bakers, I started putting my recipes down on paper almost by chance in 2010. My cooking is based on simple recipes that draw on my Sicilian roots and carry the scents of the sea and the land. Ricotta is one of my favorite ingredients; I use it a lot in both sweet and savory dishes.
