How to prepare Yogurt Truffles

To make the yogurt truffles, pour the almond flour into a bowl 1, then add the powdered sugar 2 and the berry yogurt 3.

Mix the ingredients with a spoon or with your hands 4, then add the cream 5 and knead everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. Form balls weighing about 0.9 oz each 6; with these amounts, you will get about 34 pieces.

Now, chop the dark chocolate 7 and melt it in a bain-marie or microwave. Pour the chopped nuts and sprinkles into different bowls. Dip one ball at a time in the melted chocolate 8, then roll it in the nuts 9.

After completely covering it 10, place it on a sheet of parchment paper 11 and proceed this way with all the other truffles, alternating the hazelnut coating with the pistachio and sprinkle coatings. Your yogurt truffles are ready to be served 12!
