Precooked chickpeas 1 ½ cup (250 g) - (drained weight)
Type 00 flour 1 cup (10 g)
Sweet Paprika 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp - dry
Rosemary 1 tsp - dry
Oregano 1 spoonful - dry

How to prepare Crispy Baked Chickpeas

Pour the well-drained chickpeas into a bowl, add the flour 1, and mix 2. Add the paprika 3.

Add the rosemary 4, thyme 5, and oregano 6.

Adjust the salt 7 and add a drizzle of oil 8. Mix to evenly coat all the chickpeas 9.
