PRESENTATION
Air Fryer Focaccia with Cherry Tomatoes and Olives skips the oven entirely — and that's the point. The air fryer reaches baking temperature faster, so this flatbread goes from dough to table with noticeably less wait. Cherry tomatoes and olives go on top before it cooks, softening and concentrating just enough to make every piece worth reaching for.
The result is specific: golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and fragrant enough to hold its own as an appetizer or a savory snack without anything else alongside it. Serve it before a casual dinner, set it out with drinks, or let it anchor an informal lunch. The format is flexible in a way that rigid oven schedules rarely allow.

How to prepare Air Fryer Focaccia with Cherry Tomatoes and Olives
To prepare the stuffed focaccia in the air fryer, in a bowl mix the flour with the dry yeast (about 1 tsp / 3 g) 1, then add the water 2 and stir with a wooden spoon until you obtain a soft and rather sticky dough 3.
At this point add the salt 4 and the oil 5, then continue working the dough until they are well incorporated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap 6 and let it rise for about 3 hours.
The dough should double in volume 7. Grease carefully a pan suitable for the air fryer 8, then transfer the risen dough into it 9.
Gently spread it with your fingers until it covers the entire surface 10. Cover again with plastic wrap 11 and let rise for another 30 minutes. After the second rise, drizzle a little oil on the surface 12.
Gently press your fingers into the dough to create the classic focaccia dimples 13. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on the surface, pressing them slightly into the dough 14, then add the olives as well 15.
Finish with a drizzle of oil and coarse salt 16. Bake the focaccia in a preheated air fryer at 356°F for about 18 minutes, until well golden 17. Once ready, remove it from the air fryer, let it cool slightly, then take it out of the pan and serve the stuffed air fryer focaccia 18.
