Pan di Stelle® cookies 2 ½ cups (250 g)
Whole milk 0.42 cup (100 g)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 4 tbsp (20 g)

How to prepare Tiramisu with Pan di Stelle® cookies

To prepare the tiramisù with Pan di Stelle® cookies, start by separating the egg yolks from the whites 1. Beat the whites with the mixer 2 until you get firm peaks 3.

Then do the same with the yolks, add the sugar 4 and beat with the mixer 5 for at least 5 minutes to obtain a light foam 6.

At this point, combine the beaten yolks and sugar with the mascarpone placed in a large bowl 7, mix to obtain a smooth cream 8, and do the same with the whipped egg whites 9.

Be sure to incorporate them gently with a spatula, making gentle movements from bottom to top 10. Prepare the cookie dip by pouring the cocoa powder and sugar into a bowl 11. Stir and add the milk 12.
