- Chicken breast 1.75 lbs (800 g)
- Green olives 1.8 oz (50 g) - pitted
- Thyme 2 sprigs
- Rosemary 2 sprigs
- Fresh chili pepper 1
- White onions 1
- Garlic 1 clove
- Type 00 flour 0.7 oz (20 g)
- Salt to taste
- Chicken broth to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp (40 g)
How to prepare Chicken Stew
To prepare the chicken stew, first finely chop the rosemary 1, chili pepper 2, and olives 3 with a knife.
Do the same for the garlic 4 and onion 5. Clean the chicken breast of fat and any small bones, then cut it into chunks 6.
